Your mission

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will generate insights that illuminate the customer journey. Your analysis will drive lead acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across deskbird. You’ll leverage existing tracking systems and transform complex datasets into well-structured data models that enable actionable insights and data-driven decisions. In doing so, you’ll work with diverse datasets that reflect the entire customer lifecycle. As part of the data team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure our initiatives are effective, measurable, and scalable.

In this role you will

  • Contribute to company goals by empowering Marketing and Growth teams with data-driven insights.
  • Create and own all growth-related data models end to end, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across the organisation.
  • Build and refine multi-touch attribution models; design, implement, and analyse A/B tests focused on conversion optimisation at key points in the customer journey. Incrementality is no stranger to you.
  • Develop valuable data models and insights using diverse data sources (e.g., ad performance, website analytics, CRM data) to build a full-funnel “Bow-Tie” view.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, and develop reports and visualisations that communicate insights clearly and effectively.
  • Champion best practices that ensure the availability, accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all data assets.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on growth and marketing.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and dbt for data modelling and building trusted datasets.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimental design and analysis.
  • Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong expertise in Python for statistical analysis, propensity modelling, and building analytical solutions (e.g., Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn).
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

What’s in it for you?

  • Attractive OTE: Competitive base plus variable, and meaningful stock options.
  • Unlimited annual leave: Plenty of time off to recharge.
  • Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe (check out the video from our last summit).
  • Team “Bursts”: Opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
  • Home office support: Financial contribution to set up a comfortable, productive home office.
  • Learning & development: Annual budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
